Williamsfield Town & Country 4-H Club

The roots of the Williamsfield Town & Country 4-H Club date back to 1930, and the organization continues to thrive today as one of the largest 4-H clubs in Knox County. The club membership includes youth and families from Williamsfield and many surrounding communities. Members meet nine months of the year on Sunday evenings and also participate in educational, recreational and service activities between meetings. Collectively, these experiences intend to develop responsible citizens, improve youth lives and better our communities.

Youth ages 8 to 18 as of September 1st may join 4-H, which is a national program delivered in Illinois by the University of Illinois Extension. The club also offers a Cloverbuds group for kids ages 5 to 7. This group meets at the same time and place as regular club meetings.

4-H believes in the power of young people and believes that great kids are those who exemplify the four H’s: Head, Hands, Heart, Health. Consider joining 4-H, the nation’s largest youth development organization!
